Builds:

• CHI is born.

• Dragon Pass is launched.

• Dragon City(Genesis) is further constructed, with better functional zoning.

• Dragon Art, an NFT marketplace within the Dragon ecosystem is open.

Community:

• DAO's first constitution is voted on by community. Dragon DAO officially launched.

• Organizing more than 3 major events on Decentraland.

• Dragon DAO workstreams take shape.

Culture:

• Starting with Kios, the first mascot of Dragon City(Genesis), the Dragon worldview is forming.

Phase 2: Q4, 2022 - Q4,2023

Builds:

• “MeFi", the Dragon Metaverse financial system is taking shape.

• Dragon Art supports NFT trading for community members.

• A new Dragon City is planned on another Metaverse platform.

Community:

• Builders increased to 100.

• Community members reach 30k.

• Organizing more than 8 major events on Decentraland.

• Community-led proposal to content creation in Dragon City(Genesis).

Culture:

• Archverse world is forming.

• The first NFT collection based on Dragon Metaverse is launched.

Phase 3: Q1, 2024 - Q4,2025

Builds:

• Dragon Earth, our first play-to-earn game is underbuilt.

• The first mirror Dragon City is expected to be built in the real world.

• Epic of Darkness starts.
